Took 10 hours to complete my hair . Was literally there from 1pm to 11pm which I feel is outrageous . People came in later after me and left before me ..lol. I’m not sure why it took so long . Also, whoever you speak with on the phone needs to know what’s going on in the shop. People were coming in after calling speaking with the women thinking they could get their hair done but couldn’t because they were short staffed . I feel like that’s bad business. I’m glad I was able to get in the chair because I would’ve been pissed driving an hour to see they had no seats available . The communication needs to be better for sure . Been here a couple of times . The workers are very sweet but the prices never add up and they’ll over charge you in a heart beat! They also don’t give back the left over hair . They will purposely not give it to you or say anything about it in hopes that you forget it .
My daughter had a 8am appointment I told them she needed hair included I get there they had no hair. I ended up going to get hair. I politely deducted it from how much they were charguing me. Her hair wasn't all the way twisted, and it looks a mess for $200 they will never get my money AGAIN!!Service: Hair extensions
