She was very attentive in listening to my pain points and thorough in figuring out exactly what my prescription was despite my complicated vision issues. She was very patient, friendly, and just really pleasant to talk to. I typically dread doctors of any kind and often leave feeling unheard and uncared for. I did not leave feeling that way today. She is clearly passionate about what she does and the patients that she treats—I would recommend anyone needing help with their vision go see her. The front desk staff and her assistant were also really pleasant.“

“If you live in Savannah and don't seek eye care at Forsight, you need to ask one question. Why don't I have caring people, CARING FOR ME? I don't live in Savannah, but in Arizona. I stopped by here without an appointment just to look at their abundant glasses frames that were varied, unique and different. I was graciously greeted with a beautiful smile by Shara Chaney. She introduced herself and asked how she could me? I informed her of my mission and she went about the store pulling at least 40 different frames as per my needs and not once rolled her eyes as to my uncertainty. For over 45 minutes, Shara pulled, cleaned, gave a candid opinion on how they looked on my face (I asked her to be honest). My wife even joined in on the fun. I wish I had an employee like this in my medical practice; a delightful and helpful person who puts the patient first. She wrote down the frame measurements, price and model numbers for me. Upon returning home, I need to look at my prescription to make sure they will work in the sized frames. She assured me that they can ship the frames to me in Arizona. In today's society you are told to get your eyes examined at Walmart, Costco or America's Best. I don't want to drive the same car as everyone else. I want what makes me happy. Shara gets it! Thank you for your help and treating me as an individual first and treating my insurance second. VERY IMPRESSIVE!“

I tried two other places and took all my info and was on hold for over 15 minutes (Campen) and tried Georgia Eye Institute and number on their website just rings and rings and never get connected. I called Boland and Carla answered quickly and was super friendly, explained she is alone but will help me with appointment in between calls.
