The young ladies were very kind and sweet. They explained that my hair was too thin to achieve the look I wanted (knotless), so they did a great job of making it look full with the small box braids. The problem is that I asked them to make the braids bigger in the middle because I don't like heavy or big hair. I've learned that I should bring the hair I like because the Xpressions would have been better quality. I ended up coming home and taking some out of the middle so that I could put my hair in a ponytail. The lady did a nice job on my hair. I have thinning in the middle of my head and they were able to camouflage it and hide it to where you couldn’t see it so I’m very happy with the end result of my services.
I went in, unsure of the best braids for my hair. The stylist was patient and explained the different types of hair and helped me choose the right hair and the best style for me. Customer Service was awesome. My hair was done quickly, and my hair/edges wasn't pulled tight.
