Made an appointment to have my Mac looked at, sent me to another location to have it fixed for free since it was under warranty. Super friendly, honest and good service, will go back in the future if I have any other tech issues !

Brought my laptop in for a broken screen. It was a custom built HP with a somewhat niche screen, but after the parts arrived it was repaired quickly. I received communication before the parts were in, and once it was ready for pick up. The staff was knowledgeable, and the overall experience was positive.

minus some issues trying contacting them after dropping the laptop off (which i don’t think was their fault) perfect experience. problem was solved and the guy we talked to was straightforward and helpful
