We have had excellent service from Comfort Air. One employee, Mrs. Renee, represents your company well. She is always helpful, super courteous, very professional and a true pleasure to work with. Each technicians that has come to service our unit has done an amazing job.
Jonathan was extremely professional, arrived on time, installed the new thermostat and also recommended improvements that we could make to our HVAC system in the future that could make it function more efficiently. I can't recommend Comfort Air enough. I called the AC company that installed and services our unit on Sep 3rd at 7am saying that our unit was not working. Several calls and days later, nobody showed up. We have a 1 year old and 4 year old and our house got up to 82 degrees. Needless to say we were pretty desperate. My wife suggested we try another company in town and called Comfort Air to see if they could come today (Labor Day). Within 2-3 hours an amazingly professional and knowledgable tech named Shaun came out. He assessed the unit, diagnosed the problem, and got us up and running within 30 minutes.
