There is always some sort of a problem lately. Either my clothes aren't ready when they said it would be or an issue with the card payment method. The service isn't as good as it once was.

I have recently started using this cleaner and have not had any problems until now. I took in 2 pairs of pants 1 pair was brand new never worn but I wanted them starched and creased only to received them back with the hem completely out of both legs. I used to work in a cleaner and if something like this happened it was fixed before leaving the cleaners.The other pair was a pair of white jeans that I always bring in to get started and creased. The young lady at the counter suggested that I don’t get them starched because it would change the color of jeans but I then told her that I always get them like that with no problem. Unfortunately, I called Ardsley Park Cleaners, two times and left messages/returned a call to Mr. Nelson Ogesbly with the young lady at the desk/supervisor and never received a call back! I hope messages are being forwarded!?
