Despite the terrible reviews I decided to try this place because it's under new management. However, it's been 3 days and you guys are NEVER OPEN. So now I will be going literally ANYWHERE else. Ridiculous

Make sure to take a picture of the yellow slip they give you with the initial price, they will take it once you go into the store to pick up your drycleaning and then charge you more than they originally stated it would cost. Then once they give you the credit card print out, they will have even charged more then they just verbally told you it would cost. Basically, you never leave with any kind of receipt other than the credit card reciept print out. They take anything that shows what they charged for each item. This just happened to me, they originally told me it would cost $43.76, once I got there to pick up my clothes, they said it was $53.50, which I questioned. The guy at the counter acted like he didn't understand. And once I got my credit card print out, they had charged me $55.17. I will not go there again and I'm tempted just to dispute the charge because of there deceptive ways. Do not use them.

Awesome and very friendly staff. My business work blouses and pants are always ready, on time, and done exactly like I like them and having my coupon helps with the cost. 5 Stars for me. Love me some them!
