There are so many wonderful things I can say about Jones Pest Control. They pick up the phone, friendly customer service scheduler, got me scheduled to be serviced for the first time in less than a week, they called ahead of arrival (I have dogs to put up), they were cordial, polite, respectful, thorough, asked questions to make sure they addressed all of the issues we needed looked at, and even some things I didn't even know we needed addressed. They are a family owned business and it really shows, they care about you, your home, and pets, you are treated like family.
