We live in Wisconsin and purchased a retirement home in Sautee. the previous owners used Jones so we did also and couldn't be happier! Being from WI our entire lives we have no clue about those creatures. They came and inspected today gave me all the info we needed! We couldn't be happier and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

We love our service with these guys! They are very professional always on time and take the time to make sure that we are bug free. We have never been treated better by any other company. There are so many wonderful things I can say about Jones Pest Control. They pick up the phone, friendly customer service scheduler, got me scheduled to be serviced for the first time in less than a week, they called ahead of arrival (I have dogs to put up), they were cordial, polite, respectful, thorough, asked questions to make sure they addressed all of the issues we needed looked at, and even some things I didn't even know we needed addressed. They are a family owned business and it really shows, they care about you, your home, and pets, you are treated like family. I've scheduled for my quarterly service because there is no one else I will trust with my pest control needs ever again. Oh, and GREAT prices. Compared to what I paid for the last guy, who I think just bought a lot of RAID and put it in his own containers, and sprayed whenever he had time, never called before, wasn't thorough, never did the inside of the home because of my dogs, Jones Pest Control is #1!
