My fiancee and I have never been to a yoga studio or class before and both of us extremely enjoyed our experience at You Yoga, Me Yoga & More!! Great location and easy to find.. walking in, we were welcomed and the instructor, Karissa, got us mats, blocks and other items we would need for the class. Even as a beginner, we were able to follow along with the class easily and able to stop if we needed a break. We both felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the class and can't wait to attend more classes! I highly, HIGHLY recommend You Yoga, Me Yoga & More!!!!!!!

You Yoga Me Yoga is a wonderful, local, come as you are, yoga studio. I immediately found the environment warm and welcoming. They have a variety of instructors teaching all levels, and some specialty as well like stress relief, meditation and seniors. Every time I go there are familiar faces and new faces. Whether you're new to yoga, or are looking for a comfortable yoga home to practice - I highly recommend it.

Had my first class here today and I really enjoyed it. Andrea is a great teacher. She is very in tune with getting yoga members to focus and release all exterior conflicts when practicing. Prices are super reasonable. There are mats, blankets, boosters and blocks to use and she also sells mats for $12. There is some outside traffic that you can hear but it's still worth the experience. Some of the stretches made me feel incredible. I'm a runner and notorious for not stretching enough or at all. These poses got to muscles that needed some love for a long time. Thank you Andrea!
