“I really feel for the staff, people come in sick, complain because other sick people are being seen as quickly as they can, health insurance billing is a nightmare to begin with, but in my experience, they have been kind, caring, accommodating and Dr. Rikhter is one of our favorite doctors with a great bedside manner.We switched insurance and are dealing with not being able to choose our PCP, but we will be continuing with Perimeter Clinic as self-pay if they can't get us sorted...can't do anything more than put my money where my mouth is.“

“I used to be pretty nervous about going to urgent care. This place changed how I feel. They were all so kind and easygoing. Emily is the PA who helped me, and I really loved her demeanor. It was very clear that her only goal was to help me… it was the way all doctors should be. She even called me later that day to check on me, which seems so above-and-beyond for a physician who treats random people all day long. If all the PAs here are like her, I can’t recommend this place enough.“

“My family has been patients here for over 10 years. I do personally favor the Sandy Springs location over the Decatur location but have no complaints about Decatur. Only bad experience was a man who was new at Decatur I believe he might have been a nurse and he was checking me in at front desk. Was by far the ugliest encounter I have ever had at a doctor's office. Immediately he was handled and I never saw him again at either location. Pretty sure he was let go. I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. One of my adult children is also now seen here for my same rare condition. If you have been treated badly for ongoing issues and conditions that won't happen at PCC in Sandy Springs.“

“Nice building! With the appointment system it was a quick and efficient visit. All my health concerns were addressed.“

“We received a call from the early morning dr. saying our cat was doing poorly and was very sick. We were offered plasma transfusion or humane euthanasia. With the clear emphasis on the euthanasia as the correct choice. In retrospect we feel we let the cat down by not doing the plasma and the better choice would have been to recommend the plasma perhaps at a reduced rate as we already had spent 3000 plus on the emergency service. We still don't know how much the plasma would have cost. With that being said the two dr's we dealt with were excellent and the front desk was outstanding. Just a feeling that we should have at least tried the plasma. thanks“

“Ive had to visit this UC on three seperate occasions. Though the wait can take some time, i do think they do their best for how they may be staffed at any given hour. That said, the staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and seem geniunely concerrned vs transactional as i’ve expereinced elsewhere. Ive recommended this location to neighbors and friends. Also, the onsite pharmacy is quick and friendly in my experiences.“
