“We recently had to put our elderly cat Annabelle down at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs and especially Dr.Elizabeth Medved made the worst day so much easier for us. Our whole family came to be with Annabelle as she passed. Dr.Medved and Troy our Vet Tech explained everything in detail about what they would do and what we could expect. Dr.Medved was so sensitive and kind while all of us. I’m sure Dr. Medved performs euthanasias all the time but she treated Annabelle and our family with such care and respect that it didn’t feel routine at all.
I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. I never feel like I’m being sold treatments. They always give quotes even if you don’t ask. And they always give options. We have never had a bad experience here.“

“Dr. Heard and his staff have exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with them as my puppy's vet! During the exam Dr. Heard is very informative and so friendly with my puppy Milky, you can really tell that it is very important for him and his staff that Milky is comfortable and happy and not afraid of her vet visit. He also makes you feel secure that your pet is in good hands. What really stood out to me is that Dr. Heard really wants you as the pet owner to understand exactly what he is doing and involves you in your pets examination by explaining every single thing he does and by letting you help calm your pet during uncomfortable moments for the puppy like vaccinations. I have never seen a vet with such great bedside manner and I am so happy my puppy feels comfortable at the vet. Everyone is so kind and helpful and you can tell they all really love what they do. “My dog fell off the bed in the middle of the night and injured his leg. CAC was able to get us in the next morning. The vet that we saw was someone filling in for the normal vets. Dr Navarro was very good and explained everything very well. She was able to provide me with a recommendation for the surgery that Snitch needs. The vet she recommended was very thorough and reasonably priced. Overall I was very happy with the visit, as always.“

“If you love your pets and they are part of your family, there is no place I would take them then here. I have two dogs both for the past nine years, and I love them. One picked up a bacterial infection resulting in a week of ICU, the other attacked the same week and almost killed. The doctors and staff are highly qualified and caring and communicated 7/24 day & night through 2 long weeks both in ICU. The extent of the trauma was off the charts, but this, the team was so caring and compassionate and did everything possible and saved both my best friends. It was touch and go, and I understand anything could have happened, but their expertise and highly skilled surgeons were amazing and utilized best practices in medicine. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors were great and love their patients. I can't thank them enough!!!!!“
