As a CrossFitter, I am so thankful to have Marie as an addition to my fitness routine. Marie knows the body, and she is excellent at cueing. I recommend many of my patients to her because I know that what she’s doing is effective and highly beneficial for my patients.

I dropped in to Maria’s pilates reformer classes having been a couch potato throughout covid. She’s amazing. I’ve gone to many pilates classes in NY and Australia and hands down Maria’s reformer classes are the best. She doesn’t miss anything in correcting your form. AND the classes are fun. I’ve learned more about living in St. Simon’s Island by attending Maria’s group classes than I have anywhere else. In 4 weeks of 3 x week classes I feel so much stronger. Highly recommend.

After undergoing chemotherapy and radiation...I met with a dear friend who recommended the PILATES LOFT. I was extremely weak and wasn't sure of this venture. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about Marie (owner/teacher) and Holley her amazing teacher..I've only taken approximately four classes (various types) and I cannot express how much this has helped me.They both were non judgemental (I was bald) and not only adhered VERY strictly to COVID guidelines but kept me isolated in my compromised state. This individualized attention raised my self esteem and the focus ony form...has resulted in a marked difference in my strength. I went from a dancer to a hard core runner and weight lifting junker...After loosing all strength....I'm back to the start!I cannot say enough positives about Marie and Holley....The most beautiful spirits at such a challenging time!If ever given the chance. Sign up for ....at the very least the zoom classes during these COVID times. They are truly amazing!
