“Saved me-once again! I received a call at 4pm from our vacation rental guest stating that the AC had frozen up. It was super hot that day and without AC, the guests would have to find other accommodations. My call to Hall H&A was returned within a few minutes followed by another call by the technician who agreed to come by after he finished 2 other jobs. Within minutes of arrival, he diagnosed the issue, replaced the switch, and explained to me how and when to turn the unit back on after he left to allow time for the ice to melt (where it had frozen).
