Outstanding customer service! There was a decoration I wanted to purchase that I saw last time I visited but it was in storage as the shop was decorated for Christmas. An associate (the owner?) offered to get it for me. I will definitely be visiting the shop anytime I’m in SSI.
From start to finish, working with Edward on St. Simons was a dream. Their website makes online ordering so easy and customizable. Once they make your bouquet, they send you a photo of it before it goes out to your recipient that way you can see what you're purchasing. I think this feature is SO nice to have, because you don't always see the finished product unless your recipient sends one over. Worth every penny! So beautiful!!!
This is the far and away the best place to get your flowers. We had a bouquet sent to a friend for her birthday and they did not disappoint. Our friend was overwhelmed by how gorgeous the bouquet was. The service was very professional - they turned the order around in 1 day. And also the service was very personal. They hand wrote the birthday card for us and delivered it to our friend's home at a nominal fee. They also had an array of gift items to add to the bouquet. Edward on Saint Simons is just one of those places that you can rely on and is a place that offers quality. You won't regret working with them.
