Traci is such an excellent instructor. She leads with such expertise while engaging all skill levels. My mind is focused and relaxed and I leave feeling so great. Hands down my favorite yoga class. ?♀️
Traci is the bee's knees, y'all! Her shop is so cute, and she is definitely the ultimate professional in the field. She has so much knowledge to offer, and her encouragement goes a long way. As a physio, I recommend my clients to her for mobility work and strengthening via yoga.
