We had to have our house rebuilt after a fire. Contractor used same make and model of door knobs, but each one had a different key. So I had Unlockit Locksmith come and rekey them all to use a single key. The communications with Lisa were all smooth and professional. She called to tell us when the tech would be onsite. He arrived right on time. He quickly got to work after verifying with me what doors he would be working on. He was done much quicker than I expected. After he was done rekeying and even applied lubricant to all locks to make sure everything operated smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Unlockit Locksmith again.

Susan at the Roswell location took great care of my auto key fob needs, so much that I had Braeden come out and rekey my home today! He did a great job, quickly, professionally and was very friendly. I felt like I got a great price on my home and auto needs! This is a locksmith I feel that I can trust...highly recommended their services!
I've gone here on several occasions to get keys copied and have always felt their price is as good as it gets, especially on car keys when compared to dealerships and their turnaround time. Most recently I lost a keychain full of many different types of keys, and needed to get copies of the spares I already had. The staff and selection here is superb. They had all but two key blanks of the 20 plus different keys I needed. The two were specialty keys that you just can't find outside of the specific vendor, but they even went as far as searching the web to see if they could source the blanks. I ordered three copies of each key and they were finished in just a couple hours while I ran some other errands in the area, and they called me when they were finished. I highly recommend them simply based their great customer service, not to mention their never having made a duplicate for me that didn't work.
