JoAnna is an excellent instructor who holds space for all students. We held an event for mental health providers who promote self care, this was an opportunity to give back to them and Truth in Motion delivered 10/10. We left better than we came, with increased mobility and clarity. The space is warm and inviting providing a safe place to step fully into practice. I will be back to practice on my personal time.

This yoga studio is so wonderful! They have so many different types of classes to choose from. The classes are amazing and the other members are so welcoming and kind. The owner is also an instructor and she is fantastic and so knowledgeable! I’m so glad that i found this hidden gem ?

This is the studio I’ve been looking for since Plum Tree Yoga in Roswell closed. Joann is a thoughtful business owner. She and all of her teachers are skilled and safe.The ambience is beautiful and calming and there are SO many offerings. I’ve registered for the monthly rate, which means I can go to any of the yoga classes that fit into my schedule all month long. There is a sense of friendship and community among the participants, which I missed from my previous studio. I highly recommend Truth in Motion
