I'm not a huge fan of the design aesthetic. It would be better to have a comfortable place to sit before massage vs a hardwood bench. I was also skeptical of the curtains vs actual rooms but it really felt nice inside the room. Carolyn was amazing. She knew exactly how to work on my shoulders neck and lower back. I just wish I had more time for a full body. I love the lavender aroma therapy also and your front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. Pricing is average but some places charge a lot more for less. Definitely worth it! I'll be back.

My massage with Brandi was completely customized, she listened and adjusted her flow to what I needed. The quality The NOW offers is unmatched in all my years of receiving massages (20 years).
