Assured Comfort is a highly professional service provider. My own experience with them, their sales and installation staff has been well above average. My husband and I recently had an issue with out HVAC unit and contacted TE Certified for assistance. Our HVAC Tech, Albert Nah, who responded was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly thorough, taking his time to carefully diagnose the problem and explain the necessary repairs in detail. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he efficiently repaired the unit, ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before he left. We are extremely impressed with the level of service provided and would highly recommend TE Certified for any and all HVAC concerns.
