Everyone is so friendly, and they treat you like royalty. I have had many bad experiences with other salons in the past with my color & highlights. These other places left my hair looking ‘streaked’ and unnatural. One time it began falling out during the blow dry. I was told it’s no big deal, it will stop after a few days!
