I can't say enough about the level of customer service I received on 7/24/2024. I brought in my Mercedes with an engine light on and no appointment. Minx took the time to run a diagnostic,
assessed and remedied (it was a loose gas cap) filled my coolant AND pressurized all of my tires
When I asked what I owed - still amazed that I didn't have to make an appointment and come
back - she handed me her card and asked for an online review and my future business. Well, she
earned both! I am happy to provide this glowing review and all my future car care needs. In this
day and age, this type of service is found few and far between. I am very appreciative!

I recently had my Audi serviced at Rocco’s and I am super happy with the results, their customer service and price. Given that it is so hard to find a great mechanic shop these days I am glad I found Rocco’s! I would highly recommend using them over any other shop and even the dealer.

I wish I could give this group more stars. This is the way that customer service should be everywhere! Johnny, Grant, Chris and the rest of the team are the best of the best.I called late in the day asking for a pre-purchase to inspection and these guys found a way to get me in before they closed. They were very thorough with their inspection and made sure I was abreast of every issue with the vehicle. The technicians are very knowledgeable and ensured that I understood everything. I will only take my vehicles here from this point forward!
