JULY 23'- It makes my heart hurt to see how reviews have gone in the tank. The North Pointe family experienced a tragic loss and ended up selling to Casteel. Please understand they didn't sell because they wanted to. There was no other choice. Please keep the North Pointe HVAC family in your prayers. I hope Casteel starts to take care of their customers as well as North Pointe used to.AE×××××××××××××××××Timely service (even after hours!!) They also offer payment plans because HVAC systems don't care whether you can afford to fix it or not. They break down at the worst times possible!! Thanks for being a wonderful family-friendly company!!
Tony came to my house and I am so glad I chose to have North Point HVAC do the maintenance and services on my HVAC system! Their technician Tony was on time and very professional and took all the proper Covid safety measures and explained everything in detail to keep my system up and running! I started working with Northpoint heating and air when my heat stopped working. They were great about working me into their schedule last minute.
