The only reason I have not left the office yet is my wonderful, irreplaceableDr J. Marcus.Ever since Northside bought the office, and the office moved to the large building, everything went down the hill. The knowledgeable, reliable nurses and stuff is gone.It's impossible to reach anyone on the phone. It's a terrible problem to make even a yearly check up appointment. The line is always busy. They put you" in queue ", tell you you are # so and so caller....and after a while tell you that they can't take your call after all. It happens over and over again. I can not a phone number that works anywhere.

The insurance verification is handled in an unprofessional rude manner. Even though our insurance was current, in network, and valid we were treated in a condescending manner. I would never take a family member to an office that treats patients as though we are a bother and nuisance
