I bought a voucher on Groupon. I called to make an appointment on July 3. Vendor told me that it was her birthday month and that she would not be available until July 24. I called back July 25 and she told me that she is changing locations and would not be available until late August. The lack of work ethic was untenable. I got my refund and went to a different vendor who actually had appointments to go. SMH
