Lennar is the worst!!!! I closed on my home in 2018 brand new home, I have been dealing with roof leaks for 4 years. Every contractor that has came out stated poor workmanship with the builders. My insurance company has denied all three claims because the leak wasn’t because of the rain but poor workmanship. And all Lennar have to say is “your warranty expired”. Lennar came out one time and repaired that one area, instead of looking at the entire roof they only looked at one part. Lennar shame on you for using faulty supplies when building homes.

We bought a townhouse in Suwanee , very close to Suwanee Town Center During all of the discussion with the representatives on site and later during closing, no one told us that the neighborhood HOA would be responsible for landscaping and utility bills for the pond area. The “ pond” is a retention pond for our neighborhood, Suwanee Town Center and some apartments on Buford Highway. This community has only 70homes so we have been saddled with costs that limit what we can do to beautify our neighborhood. This seems so unethical if not illegal. So I say “ buyer be ware” when dealing with Lennar!

It has unfortunately been a disappointing experience. From Lennar Mortgage jerking me around 2 days before Thanksgiving and closing AFTER I wired all the money. The house was construction dirty with dust and trash everywhere AFTER closing when I owned the home. The granite has been getting chips, the drywall and paint were done horribly, and now the roof is leaking after just 14 months! Of course Lennar is not responsible. Never heard of a brand new roof literally leaking so soon!
