The owner, Tom Schroth, is an accomplished builder and building scientist with first-hand experience in most of the trades. We don't just sub out a job and come back when it's finished, we understand how each project should executed and oversee each job. Common local practices are not enough, we strive to exceed the manufacturer's installation standards and bring the newest construction practices to bear on all our work. We don't take every job, just the ones where we know we can provide a great outcome and have a happy customer!
