It was an absolute pleasure working with the whole team in finishing our basement. Mark was very easy to work with on the project contract and cost estimate. Once the project started, our dealings were exclusively with Jay Zellner, the project manager. He was simply outstanding! He was extremely easy to work with, and was very flexible in making some of the changes en route. Robbie was a great assistant to Jay, and also very easy to work with. All the subcontractors were very good, and the project was completed in a timely fashion. We were extremely pleased with the end-product! We would recommend Keystone unconditionally without any hesitation whatsoever!!

From the start of the project which was a complete renovation of our ground floor: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bathroom, Entry, Staircases and two additional rooms, along with opening up of some walls and installing white oak hardwood floors throughout, Keystone Remodeling Group did an amazing job all the way through completion!!

The whole process of finishing our basement and expanding our kitchen cabinet/pantry with Keystone was easy and seamless. Mark listened and responded to our visions and needs, and made changes to the initial plans to reflect those. Once those were finalized, Dave took the lead as project manager and handled everything! He and his team provided guidance on where to look for different materials (carpet, tile, etc.) and items we needed and what they have seen work well in the past (like good paint colors for a basement with minimal outside light, grout color, etc.).
