I can't say enough good things about Key Guys - Jake in particular. After returning from an international trip, my wife and I returned to our car and discovered that the battery was dead. To add to the frustration, our emergency manual key was not working. We went back and forth with AAA and got no satisfaction. After waiting almost 3 hours, we called Key Guys and spoke with Jake. I was amazed at how pleasant and professional he was, even at midnight on a Wednesday. He drove from Cumming, GA all the way to the Atlanta Airport, after midnight, and greeted us with a smile and a surety that he could get us squared away. He cut the key on-site AND gave us a jump start. Erica and I are big on customer service. In a world where people complain and cancel each other so easily, good service should be uplifted and celebrated. Key Guys will always be our go-to should we ever need a locksmith. Thank you, Jake, for saving the day and helping us to finally make it home. You all are the best!
