She came to our house for a measure and was very honest about our selection and what she recommended without pushing us one way or another. This was extremely helpful because carpeting is a big investment. She showed me pictures of installations of similar carpets, explained the differences in the carpet brands, fibers, wear and best usage so we could make the best decision. In a few fords, Amazing, and ask for Lauri to assist you with your needs, she’s been working there for years, is knowledgeable about the products and has a superb costumer service. I went to different stores looking for a specific LVP, no store could match what this one had to offer.
