Not great. Major mold problem in home that she claimed was minor and had been remediated. Multiple appliances that she claimed are new are now breaking. Did unlicensed repairs to bathroom that have led to a water leak. There are electrical issues that we have had to fix. She did not complete items on the punch list that she promised to complete. She refused to provide the keys at closing, which caused us to lose our time slot and we almost did not get to close on our home. I do not recommend.
