When I first came to visit, I was impressed with John’s knowledge, attention and customer service which he provided was second to none. I broke my foot a year ago and stated seeing John for my foot. He spent 90 minutes stretching every part of my foot and helping me strengthen every muscle from my calf and side of the leg down. I've noticed such great results that I have to go back. Why is it so hard to stretch? Thankfully John is an expert at what he does. He has great knowledge in muscles and how they work.
