DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give zero stars if possible.The most horrific experience with this company. My mother passed away with no one coming to help us for over 48 hours. The director, Helene, would not take our calls or return our calls when we were begging for liquid morphine. We were not provided the end of life medications that we were promised. What should have been a time of comfort for her, it turned into a very traumatic situation for our family. SHAMEFUL!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with home health care.1. No respect for the patient.2. Failure to deliver what they said they would3. No communication to the patient4. They should not be in business5. No medical facility should refer to Guardian

As a former employee (visiting nurse)this place is unorganized with poor leadership. There are people in high positions that know nothing about homecare. The executive director only cares about money. They are willing to send out nurses who are incompetent just to get a buck instead of caring about the lives of the clients ensuring the best patient care possible. And as far as scheduling....I would be scheduled to patients the day of with no advance notice. I voiced that not being fair to me or the patient. I had many of my patients complain about this. I brought it to the attention of management and in return I got reprimanded.If you can.....go elsewhere for nursing...read full review
