Very attentive, knowledgeable, kind and caring staff; they spend an hour just with you. The dry needling was AMAZING for releasing knots that manual manipulation struggled to reach and release. Highly recommend!
The facilities are great. The atmosphere is fantastic. Their one on one, personalized treatment makes all the difference. The mobile app also makes it easy to continue progressing at home. I can’t say enough about how good these folks are, especially Anna Hilpertshauser. She has the intellect of a PhD (which she is), the wisdom of a high school coach (which she also is), the experience of a college athlete (which she was), the connecting spirit of a thoughtful teacher, the clinical judgement of a well-trained professional, and the compassion of an extraordinary healer. So I was recommended to try PT from my dentist as I was experiencing some very intense tmj issues such as intense pain and discomfort in my jaw, face and neck areas. I was kind of skeptical about physical therapy at first but they also recommended dry needling and I was open to trying anything as it was affecting my every day life at this point. I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the therapists Laura and Victoria because those were the two I was assigned to work with. I made sure to keep up with each exercise and stretch they gave me and if anyone was curious about dry needling, I’m here to vouch that it 100% works.
