I'll say all the woman at this shop knows how to braid, but Raky don't do the braids as you request, she does them the way she wants, and will get upset with you if you tell her they aren't the way you wanted. So if you want something detailed don't go to Raky.

I was only able to keep my braids for around two weeks and they looked as if I had them for three months and started coming out as well. I would say if you do go there don't have Raky her self do them unless you get micros or some feedins, but never box braids. Go to the other girl that does braids inside of the shop.

i was told my appointment was for 930am. turns out that three other ppl were told the same appointment time. the person who eventually showed up to do my hair came in after 10 am. (she is the braider with severe acne.) she was rude...abrupt...curt....and even mocked me to another braider. as if, openly mocking me... using hand gestures was not obvious....even with a language barrier. she was unprofessional and i will NOT be giving them my business in the future. however, i still left a $20 tip.
