Several rooms were recently flooded in our home,and we decided to stop in the store based on the wonderful prices we’d seen advertised and superb reviews. Mr. Rodriguez answered all of our questions about your waterproof flooring and your big selection of beautiful rugs. He then allowed us time to look around and make our decision. We were very happy with Direct Flooring Outlet. The lady in the showroom took time with us to ensure we were making the correct selection. Jonathan Rodriguez made sure all of our questions were answered and our installation was quickly scheduled. The installation men did a great job.
