Tonya was so kind, professional, and accommodating for my fussy son who is a scaredy-cat! First, she made my husband's hair cut and beard trim the best it's ever been! Then she was so gentle and compassionate with our 6 year old and he never once complained or whined, which is super rare for him when he's doing something he doesn't want to do! After all of that, she ended up staying 25 minutes past closing and never even looked at the clock or mentioned it! Ms. Tonya is amazing and we will definitely be back!
I love Sport Clips whether it’s in Rome, GA or Medford, OR. I’m guaranteed to get the same hair cut to my liking and treatment as an MVP with their specialized treatments of sitting in a vibrating chair, a massaging shampoo and a hot facial towel the topping it off with a vibrating shoulder massage. I had a wonderful experience today at the Rome location. I have used several Sports Clips locations since moving to north Georgia over 10 years ago, but today was one of, if not, the best. The stylist, I believe her name was Leah, was personable, professional, and just a genuine pleasure to get to know. And, my haircut was awesome! She is definitely an asset to your business and a great person with an unbelievable story of perserverance and belief. You have a regular customer in Rome from this day forward. God Bless.
