Mr Potts has always been prompt in sending an experienced gentleman for whatever repair or replacement of what we needed! Bo was friendly and efficient and went out of his way to go back to the office and pick up the part I needed and came back and installed the sensor and then checked to make sure it worked. Our HVAC system caught on fire on Tuesday! Scarborough was here Tuesday to check our system, and they had our unit replaced today! I would high recommend this company! Friendly employees, fast service, and quality work!
Great service! After calling 5 companies this morning (86 degrees in my moms house at 7am) Scarborough Heat & A/C was at her house within 20 minutes of calling them. Every other company that I called said they would get here when they could but it may be tomorrow, one even said their first available slot was Tuesday.
