I’ve been wanting to get into shape but I need someone that can push me and this is the best place. He will set a pace for you and Not let you give up. Great place, great family, great atmosphere!

I have a 14 year old athlete who needed some guidance. Tim was down-to-earth and answered all our questions. He is indeed a wealth of information and I appreciated the time he took talking with us. Great facility and convenient to reach too!

Absolutely love working out here. Has the most amazing owner and trainer Tim Vicchrilli. I highly advise anyone trying to get stronger and healthier to go to speak with him. He is the best out there
