“I called RCPC because I knew they were all small business. I work for a large company in the service industry and I just didn’t want the robotic feel of that.<br>I have been fighting carpenter bees myself for three years. The initial call to RCPC was warm and inviting. The gentleman I spoke with was very attentive and courteous as we talked of my issue mixed with casual conversation.<br>The technician arrived in the time frame that was given and even called to verify information before proceeding with his work(as I was not home) He was also very friendly and courteous as we also discussed the issue and had some casual conversation.<br>The work performed was exactly as described on the initial call. Overall I am very satisfied with the entire experience.<br>It didn’t feel as if I was paying for a service. It felt like I had called a friend with an issue and a friend showed up to help. Customer service of this nature is very rare today! I would recommend this company any day and anytime over any other pest control company!“
