If she don’t like you because you didn’t like her personal kindergarten in the shop while she cuts your hair, she then cuts one side of your hair much much shorter than the other side. The new hairdresser that I went to made a note to this effect on her notes, that the one side was extremely shorter than the other?

I had an appointment with Cassidy at 4:30 yesterday. I was a brand new client. There was a stylist sitting on the bench outside when I arrived. I was over 10 minutes early to my appointment. I walked into the salon and there was no receptionist. I stood in the waiting area for a couple of minutes to see if someone would come to greet me. Two stylists were able to see me from their chairs. Both of them looked at me and never said a word. After a few minutes I wasn't sure what to do and felt awkward, so I sat down on the couch. Shelia is the best ever! I've been with her for 21 years now, ever since I moved to Rome. I've never, ever been disappointed, ever. She can cut my hair so that I don't have to spend forever styling it. If you ask anyone who knows me, my hair is my main concern. She's the greatest. You can count on it!!!
