I left a Christmas stocking to be embroidered with my sister's name. Even though the clerk wrote down the name and I double checked the spelling, or I THOUGHT I double checked the spelling, it was incorrect. This was totally my fault. When I went by to pick up the stocking, the name was wrong, of course. Without any prompting from me, the owner immediately offered to pick out the embroidery and re-embroider it with the correct spelling AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! I picked up the redone stocking today with the correct spelling - she stood by her word and only charged me for one job even though it was my fault. She would not hear of me paying extra. I've gotten a number of items embroidered at Needleworks and I'm always satisfied with the the work, price, and turnover time. In fact, I have a bag I'm taking over there this morning!
