Where to begin with this review is the hardest question. After starting our home buying adventure and not meshing well with the agent we had been referred to, I reached out to Jake. We were friends from college, and I knew he would take care of us. He was not able to represent us, but his mom, Mrs. Shelley, was. We could not have asked for a better agent, but she became much more than that throughout this 4 month process. As everyone knows, the housing market is extremely tough and exhausting, and Shelley was there for us every step of the way. She is a godly woman, who kept reminding us that God would place us in the exact house he wanted us in (this was hard to believe after losing out on 10+ properties). We had a budget we needed to stick with, and Shelley never pushed us to compromise on our budget. She learned our hot buttons immediately and made sure to find us houses that fit our wants and needs. After being defeated in so many bidding wars, we were exhausted and ready to give up. Shelley told us not to worry, the next house we would go in would be ours and low and behold she was right. After over 2 weeks of not even thinking about a house, we received a text asking if we were still interested in buying a house. We decided to go look, and we were blown away! It was more than we had imagined we would get! We are so thankful for Jake and Mrs. Shelley, (and Nicole). Without this all star crew we would probably still be searching. There will never be anyone other than Legacy properties and the Womack family that I will have represent me in a Real Estate experience.

There are not enough words to explain how amazing Shelley was during our home buying process. She always responded in a timely manner when I had questions and she was genuinely excited for us when we found our dream home. I have used multiple realtors over the last few years while downsizing my rental property portfolio. She completed an initial walkthrough, came to me with her assessment, and recommended process to prepare the property for a quick sale. Then, she proceeded to manage all aspects of the repairs/upgrades with contractors, landscapers, plumbers, etc. She handled every obstacle or question that arose during the repair/upgrade phase.
