I took 2 very important suits there, one white and one off white with pearl embellishments.I expressed that I had them cleaned 3 other times at 3 different cleaners and was not pleased with either experience.I was advised of the possibility of some of the pearls coming off of one suit in the cleaning process. I was very pleased that no pearls were missing and both suits were cleaned excellently!
