I must say Desmond really showed the meaning of going above customer service. I broke my phone for the second time and called him for repair. Desmond stated that he had closed an hour and half ago. This gentleman went back to the store and open his store to repair my phone. I will always be thankful for his level of customer service he showed. He gets 10 stars in my book always.
