Virginia did my hair both times I’ve went. Each time I got a blow out treatment and trim. She did an amazing job and after 3/4 months of each the growth and healthiness of it is amazing.
I walked in nervous because I confused this salon with another previous one I visited. I wasn’t sure of what the service would be like; just pleased she was open on Sunday after removing my 2 month crochet. During the wash, I got some water on me but I didn’t melt. The bonnet dryer got a little hot, yet, she immediately adjusted it. I explained how I wanted my hair curled loosely; she stated that she likes hers curled the same. At completion, I was ecstatic!! She did a fabulous job ???????? I thanked her too for NOT cutting my hair because the last stylist kept cutting my hair without permission almost every visit!! Sonia, thank you ma’am! Sonia is THE best! She takes her time, cares about details and is extremely hospitable. She wants to ensure you like your hair before you get out her chair and leave her shop. I appreciate her excellent customer service, attention, as well as care to my natural hair. I have tight curls so sometimes it can be uneasy to manage; however, Sonia was gentle when handling them.The service I received was a wash/set, deep condition with trimmed ends and my hair has been bone straight since then.
