Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. We have supported this business for years but when we requested an error be corrected the response was first to deny fault and then to charge full price to correct. This is not customer service. We will take our business elsewhere.
The service is horrible. I've seen these people disrespect customers on a number of occasions. We don't need to spend our money in our own community for this type of service.
