“These guys are awesome! We had a fan that was replaced. The new fan made a rotational noise. They debugged the issue and now ... NO noise. We had a 2nd fan that wouldn't work after the receiver module was replaced. They debugged that and now it works! They're patient when working problems and, most importantly, they READ the owners manuals that come with the fans. “I just wanted to give an overdue shot out to the gentleman that pulled my van that was stuck in the sand at Daytona Beach back in August of 2020. I was visiting from Detroit, MI and had never driven on a beach before and I got stuck. I have insurance and called AAA but they would not come out to the beach to pull my van out of the sand. Luckily, Anthony Harvey pulled my van out and would not accept any cash for doing so though I graciously offered several times. My hot water went out Friday before a holiday weekend, and I couldn't wait until Tuesday for someone to come just to give me a quote. The Roto-Rooter team worked with me to come up with an option that allowed me to get my hot water back on Saturday. Roy was wonderful and even checked to see if there was a simpler fix that would allow me to avoid having to replace my existing water heater. Another company came in and just refused to do what was needed. Another company came in and left it looking worse than it looked before however Elect, plumbing and drain LLC came in resolved all of our issues and corrected the issues and which the other plumbers could not address much less correct or fix! I cannot say enough good things about this company. He also pays for trips and equipment for our local school teams. He does this because he knows our school system doesn't budget for such things. “Had Metro start the job. They came out three times and couldn't get the original problem fixed - seriously! Jacob took two trips - in between I went to Home Depot and got a decent fixture which he installed no problem at a fair price. Great service and communication. Metro claimed when we called them back they had forgotten about us - at least they were honest about their complacency. I will definitely call East Brainerd first the next time.“

“We once again had great service from Colton Rutter in checking our plumbing for annual maintenance. He was also able to fix a leaky shower while here and did not mind at all doing the extra work. He is always very pleasant and does a great job. He makes recommendations for improvements but does not push any product that would not benefit us. I have come to trust him and welcome him back next year for annual maintenance ( or sooner should a problem arise).“
