Ever since dr heniesion( I don’t know how to spell it) left they just went down hill. The lady’s you check in with are beyond rude. And Tuesday I went and I was a little late and they made me reschedule because they wanted to go to lunch. I don’t live close I moved an hour and 30 minutes away. I explained that to the lady at the desk and she was like well they want to go to lunch we have to reschedule you for tomorrow and I said I can’t do tomorrow I don’t live here so I asked about Friday and he huffed at me and was like ok what time Friday and I was like what time do you have available and she huffed and was like any time and I’m like ok what about 1 ish...read full review

A God awful shame! Heneisen was the last pure vestige of a caring all American doctor. He's been my doctor for 37 years. And all my 4 children's doctor. Now can't even get a mofo on the phone. Hope Dr. Jack is enjoying his retirement. But whoever bought the place, you suck.

There are probably 10 different numbers for this place and It's impossible to get ahold of them now and when you finally do, they hang up on you. They ask to spell medications they have prescribed in the past and then say they don't know what that is.
They even gave judgement to my husband for private couple matters too. We will not be going back.
Save yourself the trouble, this is not Dr. H's practice anymore.
They might have bought the place but not the attention.
