No one ever answers the phone!! I have left 3 messages today and 2 yesterday all I need is a med refill. I miss the old doctor Jack. Our family has been going to him for over 10 years.
I have been seeing Dr Jack for a very long time now he is a very wonderful doctor great bedside manner very caring. The only thing that I have a problem with is they never answer the phones I'm barely call you back other than that they are great
Doctor is very thorough and professional. Office staff need some work. Almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone at any time of day. Most times an appointment is needed, it's just quicker and easier to drive there and get one in person....even with all the poor customer service and unprofessional attitude.
