Tara was amazing. We were moving from out of state and didn't have much time to find a house. Tara sent us a number of properties and she patiently started to visit for us the one we thought could fit our needs. We would FaceTime during the tour of the house and she was great explaining every little detail and giving us all the information we needed. In few weeks we finally found the right property and placed the offer that was accepted in a couple of days. Tara was not only our realtor but has also become part of our family. We sold our last house faster than expected and Tara went above and beyond what she had to do to ensure that we found the house that fit all of our needs. What makes her stand out from the rest of the competition, is that we are not just a number to her. She remembers our anniversary, birthdays and major events. She is also a HUGE supporter of Effingham County. I would highly recommend her as not only as someone that can get the job timely and proficiently but as a new part of your family.
